The President of the Italian Delegation to the NATO Parliamentary Assembly, Hon. Lorenzo Cesa, together with the Balkan Free Media Initiative (BFMI), are co-hosting the "Defunding Disinformation” Conference in Rome at the Chamber of Deputies.
The event will focus on the underlying economy of disinformation and propaganda, highlighting the need for democratic societies to dismantle these dynamics and establish protective norms for democratic resilience.
The meeting will be held at the Chamber of Deputies, Giacomo Matteotti Hall — Theodoli Bianchelli Palace, featuring prominent international experts ready to discuss the impact of disinformation on democracy and stability in Italy and Europe, in the election year.
